Frequently asked questions

The situations that come up most often, with the answer and a link to the page that explains it in full.

Access and accounts

I have forgotten my password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The link you receive is single-use and expires — if it no longer works, ask for another. See Your account.

The app asks me to change my password although I just did

Your account was created by an administrator: the password you received is temporary and must be replaced before any access. Once changed, the prompt does not come back.

A teacher cannot see their class

They are not named as the teacher on the slot concerned. The administrator fixes the slot in Planning and sessions.

An entry has vanished from the menu

Either the feature has been switched off for the whole school, or it is not open to your role. See Features you can switch.

Timetable and sessions

My November sessions do not appear

The timetable is only built for the next eight weeks, and the window moves on its own. Your slot exists; its sessions will be laid down in due course.

I created a Sunday lesson and it does not show

Sunday is probably not declared as a working day. Tick it in the settings before scheduling the session.

I entered the holidays after building my timetable

Sessions already created on those dates are not removed automatically: cancel them in bulk from the session list.

How do I cancel a single lesson?

Go through the session itself, not the slot: tick it in the list and use Cancel session. The people concerned are notified.

Attendance and grades

I locked an attendance sheet by mistake

Locking is final: neither you nor the administrator can undo it. The same applies to a locked assessment.

A student brought a note, how do I correct their absence?

Move the row to Excused in the attendance sheet, while it is still unlocked. The attendance rate recalculates.

An absence note was accepted but the absence still shows

Accepting a note does not change the attendance sheet. The state has to be corrected separately. See Attendance and absence notes.

Parents cannot see the grades I just entered

The assessment is not published. Entering and publishing are two separate actions: see Publishing grades.

On the family side

A parent says their space is empty

They have most likely not confirmed their link from the email they received. Until they do, they see nothing. See Linking parents.

A parent receives no emails

Check their notification preferences, then their junk folder. Notifications stay visible in the app even without email.

Do I have to open an account for every student?

No. In primary school the data goes through the parents. A student account becomes useful once the student checks their own timetable and grades.

A student cannot see the online course I created

The course is probably still a draft. Only published courses are visible.

Subscription and limits

I cannot create any more students

You have reached your plan ceiling. Removed students no longer count: start by checking that. See What happens at the limit.

I cannot attach a file any more

The storage quota is full. Absence notes are often the cause: tidy up from Storage.

My trial has ended and everything is locked

That is the expected behaviour, and it applies to every role. Choosing a plan restores access immediately, with no data lost.

My promotional code is refused

PLATEFORME2026 is only accepted on an annual subscription.
